1. Agreement
By accessing this website or entering into any transaction with Meridian Horology, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage in any transaction with us.
2. Descriptions and Accuracy
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the descriptions, condition reports, and photographs of each watch are accurate and complete. All watches are sold as described and as shown. Buyers are encouraged to request additional photographs, video, or a live video inspection prior to purchase.
3. Authentication
All watches offered for sale have been independently inspected and authenticated. An authentication certificate is provided with each sale. This certificate represents our assessment based on physical inspection and available documentation and does not constitute a manufacturer warranty or guarantee of any kind.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice until a sale is confirmed in writing by both parties. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) or third-party escrow. Full payment is required before dispatch. We do not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency.
5. Title and Risk
Legal title to a watch passes to the buyer upon receipt of cleared funds. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon confirmed delivery and receipt. All shipments are fully insured at the declared sale value during transit.
6. Shipping
We ship internationally via specialist watch couriers with full insurance. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges applicable in the buyer's country are the buyer's sole responsibility.
7. Returns
We offer a 14-day return assurance from the date of confirmed delivery. Returns are accepted where the watch is demonstrably not as described in the listing. The watch must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all original documentation and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are covered by us where the return is due to misdescription. We reserve the right to decline returns where a watch has been adjusted, worn extensively, or damaged after receipt.
8. Selling to Meridian
Sellers warrant that they are the legal owner of any watch offered for sale, that the watch is free of any charge or encumbrance, and that all accompanying documentation is genuine. We reserve the right to decline any purchase following inspection. Payment is made by bank transfer following receipt and verification of the watch.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Meridian Horology's liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the sale price of the watch in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from any transaction or from the use of this website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of a transaction will apply to that transaction. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
